We here at ACS are pretty flexible. We know what our product looks like, and the condition it is in when it leaves our doors. We ALWAYS take the safety of the product as serious as possible. We will always ship certified mail with insurance, upon request.

All sales are ALMOST final. We won't allow returns just because. You must contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We aren't here to break anyone's bank, but you do purchase at your own will.

Our prices are final, there will be no negotiations unless you have contacted us about a trade, or a prior agreement has been met. We greatly encourage YOU to contact US with any questions!

We at ACS do not and will not claim any responsibility for any item that you purchase, purchasing an item is more than just 1 click away... there are steps to take and it doesn't accidentally happen.

If you purchase an item(s) and fail to pay for product with seven(7) days, your order will be null and void. If we have too many problems with any customer(s) we will not resume business with you(problematic customer(s)).

Once an order is placed and the customer fails to satisfy the above rules, further action may be taken. An order taken on the internet, through PayPal or Google Checkout are binding contracts. If you fail to satisfy the customers side of the contract, any action may be taken up to legal action. I don't want to spend time in court, but if continuous false orders are placed by one(1) person, I will not tolerate such behavior.

Most of these stipulations can be worked with. If you get into contact with us, and we have some sort of heads-up we are kinda flexible. So when in doubt.... email!
